The building area of Landbridge port petrochemical pitch project is located in the south of Pinlan railway of Lanshan Area, the Office is in the west of Xipanjia Village, and it covers an area of 999990 square meters, it is designed by Sinopec Luoyang Institute and Nanjing Jinling Institute. It is a large petrochemical enterprise which the total ability is to produce 10000000 ton crude oil per year, it is built by three phases: in phase Ⅰ process 2000000 ton crude oil ; in phaseⅡ process 5000000 ton crude oil; and in phase Ⅲ process 10000000 ton( this is 251 project), and we plan to finish it in five years. We also intend to build a railway line which is just used for this project. The project is 1.8 kilometers far from Landbridge port area, and it connects the liquefied petrochemical storage area in port area by pipeline, thousand square kilometers land which extends from the west of the Office to 204 National Railway is kept for our project, and we can use it in the future at any time. In phase Ⅰ we can process 2000000 -ton heavy oil, there are five technology equipments: 600000 ton /year pitch equipment, 10000000 ton/year coking equipment, 800 000 ton/year refine hydrogenation equipment, 1.5*104Nm3 installation of hydrogen，15000 ton/year sulfur recovery equipment, and the other subsidiary equipment、public project、storage and transportation system which meets the project. Landbridge pitch project use heavy raw oil、 180# fuel oil which is openly in the market to do deep processing, and the main products is pitch, petrochemical light fuel oil、gasol、basin oil、coke、sulfur and so on.
   The project has been registered and put on records by National Development and Reform Commission of Shandong province. In Mar, 2006, Shandong Municipal Government(document 〔2006〕43) confirmed that this project is an important building project in Shandong Province in 2007.
   So far, the basic building of this project has been finished ; all the basic equipment in phase   Ⅰ has been finished; the main body of middle irrigated area has been built; parts of the public service equipment such as center control cabinet, management and control building、power distribution have been handled over; all the long-term equipments in phase Ⅰ have been ordered; parts of equipment have been finished; we are making and installing coking equipment and furnace in factory area. Landbridge petrochemical pitch project will be put into operation in 2008
