In August, 2005, Administration of Ocean and Fisheries of Shandong  Province awarded sea back-filling usufruct(use right) of Phase Ⅰ with 20.5 hectare to Landbridge; in May, 2007, Administration of Ocean and Fisheries of Shandong Province awarded sea back-filling usufruct of Phase Ⅱ with 34.79 hectare to Landbridge; and 55 hectare sea back-filling usufruct(use right) in Phase Ⅲ and Phase Ⅳ has been reported to Administration of Ocean and Fisheries of Shandong Province, and it will be approved in a short time. The sea back-filling in the above can form about 1333320 square meters land, and it has the ability to build liquefied petrochemical storage and transportation base which the storage and transportation ability is more than 6000000 cubic meters. The main products stored in storage area is crude oil, fuel oil, wax oil, diesel oil, benzine….. and the material can be taken out of the storehouse by speedway、railway and waterway.
  In Jul, 2006, Economic and Trade Commission of Shandong Province gave the return receipt of Landbridge liquid petrochemical storage and transportation project and it was put on records.(Shandong Economic and Trade Change Records 〔2006〕079)
  By now, Liquid petrochemical transportation center has made 333330 square meters sea area into land area, and we intend to build 20 reserve tanks in Phase Ⅰ, all kinds of government examination and approval procedure of building 400 000 cubic meters petrochemical storage and transportation area has been finished, and we have built 14 reserve bank with 300000 cubic meters reserves.
