Landbridge International Hotel Project is located in Shanhaitian traveling resort area, Yellow Sea is in the east, and Rizhao aquatic sports base is in the south.    This project is one of the important construction projects in Rizhao City, it has got the occupy certificate(land use right), and we entrusted a Japan company to finish the general planning design, the total investment for the project is 0.4 billion RMB, the payback period is 2 years, and we intend to put it into construction in 2008, and it can be put into use in 2010.
